The Saem Urban Eco Harakeke Deep Moisture Toner is made from Harakeke plant extract and Manuka Honey from New Zealand to supply and hold every moisture particle in the skin. Unlike conventional toners which are watery, oily and runny, Harakeke toner is formulated as gel type to provide immediate hydration and retension of moisture.

How to Use:

• Apply an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad
• Apply whilst gently following the lines of your skin
